Shudder has just announced a raft of new films and shows coming to the platform this October.
The popular film anthology series V/H/S returns with six new bloodcurdling tapes, placing horror at the forefront of a sci-fi-inspired hellscape. V/H/S/Beyond, a Shudder Original Film, features Stork, directed by Jordan Downey; Fur Babies, written and directed by Christian Long and Justin Long; Live and Let Dive, directed by Justin Martinez; Dream Girl, directed by Virat Pal, and written by Pal and Evan Dickson, Stowaway, directed by Kate Siegel, and written by Mike Flanagan, and a special presentation by Jay Cheel. V/H/S Beyond will stream exclusively on Shudder on Friday, October 4.

The 2024 Fangoria Chainsaw Awards recognizes outstanding achievements in horror film and television. For the fourth year, the event will be hosted by actor and writer David Dastmalchian (Late Night with the Devil and Lead Performance nominee). This year’s presenters include Skeet Ulrich (Scream, Riverdale), Madeleine McGraw (The Black Phone), Dewayne Perkins (The Blackening and Best Supporting Performance nominee), and Lauren LaVera (the upcoming Terrifier 3).
