Join us as a volunteer writer

Do you love film and TV as much as we do? Are you an aspiring film or TV writer looking to grow your portfolio? If the answer is yes, then why not join us and make Cinerama Film your home. Our writers are volunteers who share our passion for film, diversity and TV. So if you would like to join our family, get in touch now. Cinerama Film is especially looking for writers who share our love of independent cinema, documentaries, classics, LGBTQ+ film and TV and shorts.

Applicants must have a good understanding of film and television and be able to form cohesive, engaging and entertaining articles between 450 and 1000 words in length. While we welcome applications from all over the world, invites to screenings and events are based in the United Kingdom only; therefore, those outside of the UK may not have access to all the opportunities Cinerama can offer.

Cinerama Film is committed to diversity and inclusion. We reject and challenge any form of oppression, alienation, discrimination or hate and believe that film journalism should be a power for good in our world.
