Echo & The Bunnymen live at Regents Park Open Air Theatre

Echo & The Bunnymen add an extra date to their Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre concert this September

Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre in partnership with Communion ONE has announced an additional performance date for Echo & The Bunnymen, who, following the sold-out performance on Tuesday 22 September, will also perform on Wednesday 23 September as part of the Live Music Week running from 22 September – 27 September 2026.

They are joined by the previously announced Doves, with further artists to be announced. A curated concert series celebrating the finest talent of today — from legendary icons to rising stars — set against the breathtaking backdrop of Regent’s Park.

Pioneers of post-punk, Echo & The Bunnymen have been a major influence on many iconic groups, including Coldplay, The Killers, Garbage, The Flaming Lips, Hole, and many more, through their seminal albums ‘Crocodiles’, ‘Heaven Up Here’, ‘Porcupine’, and ‘Ocean Rain’.

Their later albums, ‘Evergreen’, ‘What Are You Going to Do with Your Life?’, ‘Flowers’, ‘Siberia’, ‘The Fountain’ and ‘Meteorites’ continue to demonstrate the truly exceptional body of work the band has created. Their last studio album ‘The Stars, The Oceans & The Moon’ was released in Autumn 2018 with Q Magazine calling it ‘Magical’. Now, this tour celebrates it all at its very best!
